I know the noose is Issac from BOIWell, I just finished this baby up, so let's see what you all think of him.
His name is Painy McPewface.

He's one of the special weapons of a new boss. I know what you're thinking - there is no unpleasant stretch ahead - and that new boss has other references to characters (similar to the namesake and creator of the above weapon) from different popular games, such as a noose, revolver, or even the change of yang to yin.
If you can figure out all 3 of the characters used, I'll spoil something else!
