Collcroc123 - Yes. Currently if you want to play with a friend from across the internet you have use Hamachi or port forward (which is quite hard to get your head around). So with the steam integration you can invite your friend and he can join, just like that.

Some people like the cat noises, if you don't like cats then you can just use a different weapon.

I'll have no choice but to use it because Red said it will be the best sword in game in 1.3. I really hope they include that option to mute the cat noises in 1.3. Man, they should really update the settings in 1.3, they are kinda vague at the moment.

No one ever said that it wold be the best, Cenx just said that it would be end-game. You can't expect them to make a new setting for everything that people might want to change in the game.

I don't think it's an April Fools joke, considering that some of the Martian stuff was in previous non-April 1 spoilers, and they wouldn't go to the trouble of making drops for the monsters that you would only see for a split second ("Martian Costume Pants" specifically)

Which is why they would post it now. Steam integration could be a prank (though doubtful), but Martian Madness? Not a chance.

I hope, they can bring up 1.3 on console and mobile too.

It would be a pity, if ReLogic brings out 1.3 only on PC and then start working on OtherWorld.

Re-Logic develops the base game, other companies (I keep forgetting which do which platform), port it. So it's kind of but not really Re-Logic's decision at all.
