I don't know if it's worth the effort to do any spriting, since I don't know if this mod will ever be worth updating. It's on github, you can do a pull request if you'd like, but unless other coders come on board and someone who can design the gameplay experience is willing, this mod is kinda useless.

People still use the mod in the form it is right now, right? I wasn't just saying that I could help you with sprites for new items, I could just give sprites for the currently existing items and you could release a minor patch with the new sprites.
 
I don't know why I can't download it from mod browser or direct link like other mods.
Jopojelly can you give other way to downlaoad this mod?

If you still want a "balanced" idea for the blood talisman, perhaps it could jack minion damage up by 200% at the cost of 1/2 your current max hp, so if you have the base max health of 500 you'd be dropped to 250 while you wear it.
 
i cant seem to download the mod with the direkt link and the mod browser keeps saying its under heavy load and cannot download the mod could you change the download to a http because thats why chrome atleast doesnt like it

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but can't you just remove the "s" from the link?
 
Is there any place to find older versions of the mod? I really need this mod for my modded summoner play-through and I can't find a version for tmodloader V0.8.3.5.

Add a new Crafting Station
"Gem Coder"

There will be an recipe for one of 6 "Core Gems"
Ruby
Sapphire
Emerald
Topaz
Diamond
Amber

The Core Gems can be placed/removed via the Gem Coder, although removal will destroy the Core Gem.

the Ruby offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced health, 20% Minion Damage
Summon Weapon: 10% reduced knockback, 20% Minion Damage
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 1, 20% Minion Damage

the Sapphire offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced mana, 20% Minion knockback
Summon Weapon: 10% mana cost increase, 20% Minion knockback
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 1, 20% Minion knockback

the Emerald offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced health, Adds one extra Minion
Summon Weapon: 10% Minion knockback, Adds one extra Minion
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 1, Adds one extra Minion

the Topaz offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced mana, Adds one extra Sentry
Summon Weapon: 10% mana cost increase, Adds one extra Sentry
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 1, Adds one extra Sentry

the Diamond offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced health and mana, 20% Minion Damage and knockback
Summon Weapon: 10% reduced health and 10% mana cost increase, 20% Minion Damage and knockback
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 2, 20% Minion Damage and knockback

the Amber offers the following
Blood Talisman: 10% reduced health and mana, Adds one extra Minion and Sentry
Summon Weapon: 10% reduced health and 10% mana cost increase, Adds one extra Minion and Sentry
Helmet: Reduce Armor Rating by 2, Adds one extra Minion and Sentry

Each Core gem has a rank, and by combining with the same ranked Core gem, it will become stronger, but the drawbacks become stronger as well
Summon Weapon Flawless (Tier 3) Amber: 30% reduced health and 30% mana cost increase, Adds 3 extra Minions and Sentries

Tier Rank
Flawed 1
Cleared 2
Flawless 3
Perfect 4

Also, add a Sentry Staff
"Gunslinger's Staff" - "Melee and Gun specialists, steer clear"
Summons an mini-sentry
