The first ?????? is unlocked for filling over half the slots within a day. That means two extra winrars!

The second ?????? is unlocked by completely filling up all the slots within a week. Like I said, I kind of underestimated TCF's want for requests. This unlocks the ava.tars!

Keep in mind that the raffle is supposed to end June 19th, 2015, 23:00 EST. You have until that time to think of a request [that of course pertains to the rules and guidelines provided in the OP] and send it to me in a PM. Failure to provide a request in due time will result in you surrendering your winrar request to another raffle slot.


What is this madness?!
Suweeka is hosting a raffle wherein the winners of the raffle would get a free chibi drawing! One has to pick a ticket number from 1-120. After a number of days, Suweeka will randomly draw 12 different numbers as winrars, and 8 different numbers as rarner ups.

Artworks of the winners and runner ups will be posted in Suweeka’s Terrariarts.


How is that possible?!

That way, it is completely random, and completely fair. So if you're a friend of Suweeka, you're not guaranteed a free win.


When will this take place?
As soon as you see this. Suweeka will draw the random numbers by June 19th, 2015, 23:00 EST, or at an earlier announced date if it fills up early.

What do I win?
- A fully-colored chibi artwork done by Suweeka for the Winrars [Example here]
- A black and white polished sketch done by Suweeka for the Rarner ups [Example here]

RULES:

  • You may only choose one ticket number, and it must only be from 1-120.

  • You must have at least 20 messages. Like come on guys, it's easy. If you post your number before you have 20 messages, I will not reserve your number. That means once you reach 20 messages, you must post with your number again.

  • Requested drawings MUST be simple and it WILL be chibi. No large amount of creatures, large creatures, or any complex creatures, such as horses, deer, etc. If you are unsure of your request, feel free to PM. I will also not draw any pornography, any kind of yaoi, any kind of yuri, furry, complex mecha, or any other things that I don't feel comfortable drawing. Winrars and rarner-ups will PM me their requests and provide me with their request.
Well-thought and clear ideas make drawing/interpreting it easier, which will help me a lot to finish this within my break. I would strongly recommend thinking of your request well. However, DO NOT provide an absurd amount of detail! Just provide enough important details that matter. Remember, it's a chibi, not a full-body turnaround of your character. They don't have to be fully detailed! Gimme humanoids. One humanoid. Not two, not three, not four. One. Although you can always team up with another winrar and combine the artwork together.​


  • If ever there is less than 120 participants, I will draw only 1 winner ticket number for every 10 participants, rounded down. That means if there's 35 people participating, I will only draw 3 winner ticket numbers. Any less than 10 would cancel the lottery and make me a sad oni. I will also draw 1 runner-up ticker number for every 15 participants. Any less than 18 would make me a sad oni too.

  • There cannot be more than 120 participants. It's first come first serve.

  • Respect! If someone got a number before you, please don't whine. I don't want whines and arguments in my thread. Whining/arguments could get you blacklisted.

  • No disintegrations.

  • If you win the lottery, keep in mind that your requests are not guaranteed to be done right away. Suweeka is doing this on the holidays, and it should be expected that it CAN take more than a month to do the request, considering Suweeka has to do real life stuff, breaks, and commissions. If Suweeka is unable to finish the request within the break, keep in mind that classes will slow down the process. Suweeka will try very hard to finish it, but classes are a bigger priority.

  • Blacklists! Keep in mind that I have the right to exclude anyone from this raffle. If I have seen you before as someone I would not offer my services for [you know who you are!], you are in my blacklists. You will know you are in my blacklist if I never added you in the ticket list. Note that I will also not add you if you did not follow the rules in the first place, but you may still ask for a ticket again once you are now following the rules. If you have a problem with this, complaining about it here won't do you any good.

  • Winrars of the previous raffles may still join, but may not participate in the next raffle if they win. After that next raffle however, they may join again. That means that people can win up to 2 times until they must miss a raffle. This does not affect rarner-ups.
