So we all know that the terra blade and horsemans blade are two very powerful swords ussualy used in a warrior's playthrough here are some details on both

The Terra Blade is a top-tier HardmodeSword, currently with the highest base per-hit damage of any Sword in Terraria. It auto-swings, and fires a green Sword projectile that costs no Mana orAmmunition and can pierce up to three Mobs.

• In order to craft a Terra Blade from scratch, you need 12 Hallowed Bars, 40Demonite or Crimtane Ores, 12 Jungle Spores, 15 Stingers, a Muramasa, 60Hellstone, 20 Obsidian, and 3 Broken Hero Swords.

  The Horseman's Blade is an auto-swinging sword that summons homing pumpkin heads upon striking an enemy. It is currently the third strongest sword in the game, being beaten only by the True Night's Edge and the Terra Blade by 13 base damage. However, this weapon's homing projectiles can add up to more damage per swing than the Terra Blade. Despite it being called Horseman's Blade, it drops from Pumpking.
  
  Its best Modifier is Legendary.

The pumpkins from the Horseman's Blade are quite nice, but I choose the Terra blade for its superior base damage and swing speed.

Yes i also prefer it because of its very fast swing speed and high dps plus its name has terra so its nice to have a sword named after the game

Before TB autoswing, Horseman's Blade, after TB autoswing, Terrablade. I don't like much the pumpkins, they don't always hit the target, or hits another unwanted one. If they changed the pumpkins IA, it would be a difficult decission for me.

I really don't like the way the Horseman's Blade will have projectiles that hit things you don't want hit.
I'm a control freak, so I vote Terra Blade.

I think the horseman's blade would be better if it weren't for the fact that the you can't decide what the pumpkins attack, they can sometimes be pretty random.

Pretty much this. Depends really for what are you using the weapons. TB is awesome for boss fights and on leveled terrain due to its piercing capability. It also owns in PvP now as all you have to do is swing aimlessly - sooner or later it's gonna hit.
On the other hand, we HB is awesome for crowd cleaning and farming. (Event pulverizer too ) But for 1v1 fights as in boss fights or PvP it really isn't that great. Imo, for pvp TB is a clear winner - bosses can be fixed if more enemies besides the boss are around you. Or statues...

So yeah, it really depends. Both are endgame, both are great but depend on the situation in which you're in.

My vote goes to Terra, even though I rarely use swords (more of a Vampire Knives/Death Sickle type of gal) the Terra is much stronger and faster.

I'm not sure whether a direct hit using the terra blade stacks with the damage of the beam sword produced, if that is the case then definitely the terra blade. But, the pumpkins from the horseman's blade are a separate source of damage. If I am reasoning correctly, the extra pumpkin damage gives the horseman's blade almost twice as much as sheet damage and much higher overall dps than the terra blade.
