First, there's no favoritism going on here. Switch came after because fact is it's a less powerful system, there's no way to debate that. Terraria needed more work to be optimized in the right way for the system. Second, they didn't skip anything. The latest patch is all the content from 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4. Third, I'm certain the plan is that this content will be rolling out for Switch in the next few months too.
When referring to skipping 1.3.2/3, I did not mean "skip adding Parties and Sandstorms", I meant "skip releasing 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 patches and go to 1.3.4 with every addition from the 2 former versions".
What's the point if the world transferring still isn't fixed? I've been waiting all year for world transferring to be fixed on the Xbox one just to be epically let down. They could've at least put broken next to the upload world function. I've got my world transferring right now and it's been going for over 30 minutes. You're also still immobile during Radial hotbar. I wish this was a terrible dream of some cruel, sick joke but it's not. So is that it? I gotta wait another year now?
That's right, Terraria 1.3.4 makes its way at long last to XB1 and PS4 players today! This update is a combination update, containing all of the content from the 1.3.2, 1.3.3, and 1.3.4 versions of Terraria - and with this update, console players are now within a handful of items of parity with PC. (yes, we know Journey's End will change that for a time - but still, pretty cool!)
What all does that encompass, we hear you saying? You have come to the right place, because we have a handy changelog right here to help you navigate all of the cool new stuff! Before we dive deep into that, here are some key highlights:

Summoner Changes
The way Sentry Summons function has been changed somewhat.
Outside of the DD2 Invasion event, you now have a limit of one sentry summon at a time
Some of the 1.3.4 content can increase this limit
Unlike before, when the sentry limit is above 1, you can summon multiple versions of the same sentry. For instance, with a sentry limit of 3, you could summon 3 Frost Hydras at the same time.
Summoners can now direct their minions to attack a specific target of their choosing. To do this, the summoner must Press B (XB1) or O (PS4) while targeting an enemy and holding a minion summoning staff. Minions with line of sight on that enemy will target it immediately. However, if the minions do not have line of sight, they will continue to attack targets at random.
Of course, all of the above only represents the bulk of the content additions. There are a lot of other changes "under the hood" to performance, balancing, bringing in PC version changes to functionality and bug fixes, etc. as well as additional items that we have not listed above. For those interested in some "light reading material", we have placed the full raw changelog from Pipeworks below:

For some reason whenever a meteor lands, it doesnt actually land. I get the text prompt but i cant find it and i dont think its spawning. I made another world and it still wont spawn after i break the orbs/hearts and get the prompt, pretty sure this is a glitch
When referring to skipping 1.3.2/3, I did not mean "skip adding Parties and Sandstorms", I meant "skip releasing 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 patches and go to 1.3.4 with every addition from the 2 former versions".
Sandstorms work for me as well, and I have seen vultures. One thing to remember is that sandstorms are much like rain; sometimes it takes a long time for it to rain and sometimes it rains constantly.
I've just checked on another 1.3.0.7 world and there are sandstorm mobs spawning, so it's something to do with my farm., but I don't know what it could be; I'm in a desert biome and there's sand below me. The spawn surface is 40 tiles wide and two tiles deep, could that be a reason?

My only problem is that the Sand Elemental doesn't seem to be spawning during a SandStorm for me. I've tried multiple different world in hardmode but I can't seem to find any. Other then that, I'm impressed! You guys did a great job with this update and I can't wait for 1.3.5+ to be added later on.
