This would add another alternative to using Wings or a Jetpack, but mostly it's just a random accessory idea I had. 
Tornado in a Bottle
*Functions as a cross between the Blizzard/Sandstorm in a Bottle and Wings.
- Actual flight is akin to the Bottles, but uses the flight time of Wings and reaches the same altitude.
- This can be stopped mid-flight and started up again without penalty like Wings.
- This would not have a "glide" feature.
*Occupies the same tier as the Jetpack, but this would provide a horizontal movement bonus instead of a vertical one.
*Has a dark cloudy trail effect during use.
Recipe:
Cloud in a Bottle
Rain Clouds (25)
Souls of Might (20)
Souls of Flight (20)
And its respective Balloon upgrades...
Tornado in a Balloon
*Provides an additional jump height increase.
Recipe:
Tornado in a Bottle
Shiny Red Balloon
@ a Tinkerer's Workshop
Gray Horseshoe Balloon
*Additionally eliminates fall damage. (It is recommended you upgrade to this asap.)

Lucky Horseshoe
