By the time Izviing, Karo, Torxon, and Ivyss have arrived back at the town, the kobolds would have stopped working to go check on Fallacy.

Let's say Chir' would be done with his concerning list of concerns for Fallacy, his main concerns mainly concerning control.

Ivyss would just collapse as soon as she's back at the town.

Izviing stops and looks at Ivyss, then walks over to check on her.

She's not unconscious, but she does appear to be rather exhausted.

Izviing would look around to make sure no one else is too close, then lies down next to Ivyss.
