My end-game loadout is :
Last Prism
Solar eruption
Nebla blaze

Armour: Nebula
Accessories:
Lucky celestial cuffs
Warding mana flower
Lucky solar wings
Warding celestial shell
Lucky lightning boots
Warding charm of myths

I also keep 300 mana potions as I use the Last Prism for anything. My minion is the stardust dragon, and also a cell if using the bewitching table.

1)Armor:
-Beetle Set (Tank for multiplayer)
-Dragon Set (Melee for solo)
-Spectre Set (For my mage character named Cenx, notice me senpai )

2)Weapons:
-Godly Flairon (Main)
-Godly Paladin's Hammer (Secondary)
-Legendary The Horseman's Blade (Crowd control, purposely misspelled)
-Rod of DISCORD (Not a weapon, and also I don't use Discord)

From here on, I forgot my modifiers, but it's usually the best since I have 100+ Plat
-Razorblade Typhoon (Long ranged crowd control)
-Bubble Gun (Close range death sentence)
-Golden Shower (Pee all the enemies!)
-Bat Scepter (I'm Batgirl, nanananannana....)
-That blue ice thing that rains down icicles (Sorry I forgot the name)
