Resolved [Xbox One] 1.4 No Character Zoom?

It seems as if the option to zoom in onto your character has been removed in 1.4 on console, unless it's just in the options somewhere now, and I've missed it. Pressing pause and pressing the triggers doesn't zoom in or out anymore.

If you do RB+up/down, does that solve the issue?
