Important! I'm going on a trip out of town this week. I'll try to finish this update, but it might not come for a little while after that. I should be back by Wednesday, so a new post won't occur until then!

10/30 Chaos Burst
10/30 Mana Wave
670
Waves of black erupt from the force and screaming fills the air. The black fires toward...
31
The elite sniper mook! They are filled with fear and run around, screaming.

One of the Elite Sniper Mooks becomes Scared for the turn! They'll have an 80% chance to do nothing and Expose themselves to enemy fire next turn.

What are those numbers for on your attacks? Making your attacks hit a random enemy might make you hit an unimportant target when you should be attacking other things.

Um, may I please have the other half of that sentence after the update finishes up?

[Accepting Bonuses from SunnyAu and plague126]

"What in this world could surpass the thrill of the hunt?"

[Inventory]
[Spell-Book-Blade] [Level One- 13/30 to next] {+10%}

Level Zero: [20] {No Buff}
Level One: [30] {+10%?}
Level Two: [40] {+10%?} (10% for owned entities?)
Level Three: [50] {+20%?}
Level Four: [60] {+20%?} (20% for owned entities?)
Level Five: [70] {+30%?}
Final Release: [When Level Five Maxes out, Use resets Level]

21/30 - Holy Relic? The words echo; "What in this world could surpass the thrill of the hunt?"
8/30 - Next Entity? "What else would be useful here, besides the golem?"

Yep, sorry. I was meaning to say that it was killed, but I went on to another part of the update, leaving it unfinished. Again, sorry!

You say a nice line, but I'm not sure to who! This battle's going to be over soon, though.

76
A fruit smoothie suddenly appears in everyone's hand!

Again, what are those numbers for!

You create Fruit Smoothies, boosting any player's Heal action if they use it!

15/15 Fragile Strength. (holding!)
+1 ghero
very well, i create a sentient combination of a slug and a mantis.

Such a combination immediately shrieks in horror and dies immediately. Quit camping here and do stuff out in the world!

I missed a few turns, vacation happened.

~~~GAMEPLAY~~~
I toss a white dagger at a Smash Mook. It phases through him and then returns to me, doing nothing... or so it seems.
~~~CHARGES~~~

The Unforgiving Mech Suit (Equip): 24/25 (It's coming...)
The Staff of the Deathstriker of White (Weapon): 24/30

~~~ASSISTS~~~
+1 to EEU
All of the Smash Mooks have been killed!
I throw an Rubber Chicken at an Powered Pistol Mook.
You deal 4 damage to the Powered Pistol Mook! This kills it, surprisingly enough, but they're all on low health anyways!
15/15 Fragile Strength, USING!
I take my hammer and 2 iron. with a hundred hammer blows and some, I mold the iron into 9 tiny nails. with further motion and precision, the nine nails curve together,starting at the top of a circle, bending away from one another, and meeting again at the bottom. after giving this construct a moment to cool, I take my mantis-with-the-snail-curvy-eyestalk-things and smush him on the construct.
It makes sense in context i swear.
Fragile Strength created!
breaks on death (can then be repaired with merely 10C)
grants some form of buff to attacks passively, but is not a weapon. like, maybe +20% attack damage or Something.
If Goldhero's also done with stuff and wishes to leave, and posts, i leave.
Oh, alright, I was thinking it was something dumb.
You create a Fragile Strength! It can boost the power of ONE of your attacks by 25%. Make it count.
Also, what the hell is a C?
3/30. Papal Ruler
3/30. Crystalline Feline
I step up to the terminal and brute force attack the backdoor and the botnet and then crack a bug in the crypto and chip-off attack with a DDoS on the Digital Certificate and use an evil maid attack on the encryption and then exploit the hashing and the https then jailbreak the keys then MitM the metadata with Malware then phish the password managers and RAT the plaintext and rainbow table the root then salt the rootkit then side channel attack the signature then use sniffing and spoofing and spyware and spearphishing on the Token then find vulns by using a virus on the VPN then finish off with a worm and zero day.
(I have successfully used hacking terms that i don’t know what they actually mean)
Ooh, nice. +1 to hacking progress! You've just won this encounter for the team. Nice work!
That's enough for tonight- I need to get up early tomorrow morning, and it's kind of late. Hopefully the post will continue tomorrow night.
I raise the dagger up into the air. the glint of a single drop of blood hits my eye. I stab the dagger into the ground, causing the rock I stand on to rise into the air.
I then withdraw an arrow and a bow, and I aim at the Smash Mook that was hit by the dagger... and fire.
"B̡̌̃̆͌͐̽̉͜͜L͖͉̦̙O̶̗̲̤̘̜͔̺͓͍̻̱͙͚̊̅̓̿̔̾ͮͤ̅ͪ̍͆̀̚Ở͇̱̜̭̳̺̰̖̥̜͚̭̫̥͊͗ͩ̆̑̋͐ͮ̂ͫ̓̎ͫ̑ͅDH͛҉̛̪͘Ấ͓͖͎̹̳͙̱͇͈̭͉̑ͨͭͨ̔̐̿ͩ̿͝RV͉̲͓̳̞͔͈̥͙͕͈̹̠̗ͮ͌̊̓̈̉̊̃ͮ̏̑͌̈̅E͎̮̭̖̗͕͍͋ͯ̾̒̋͆ͤS̙̤ͮ̈T̷̛̼͎͓̻̱̫̟̭̠̮"
The arrow flies straight through the Smash Mook, and it spills an unnatural amount of blood! The blood is sent into the arrow, which then returns to me.
Mook Blood GET!
~~~CHARGES~~~

Deathstriker Staff: 26/30

The Unforgiving Mech Suit: 25/25

...

"So you came...? That's fine."

"I hope you're ready for a chaotic ride..."

"Now, hit me. For real this time.

The Unforgiving Mech Suit is used by Xor to deter the weak and to challenge the strong.

Armored (passive) : THe mech suit has ample layers of armor. Attacks do 10% less damage.

Intimidating (passive) : Wouldn't you run if you were injured and a giant robot ran towards you? Less likely to be attacked by Mooks with less than 10 current HP.

Rocket Punch: Suddenly, HUGE FIST! Does moderate damage and stuns. Uses: IIIII

Wild Frenzy: Mech basically does the PBJ time dance at a Mook. Does moderate-high damage to a Mook and scares some others of that type. (if you don't have a scare yet, scare will be a 50% chance they can't attack.) Uses: III

Red Bomb: One of Xor's three bombs he keeps in the mech. This one is the strongest. Does moderate damage to two of the same type of Mook. Uses: IIII

Blue Bomb: One of Xor's three bombs he keeps in the mech. This one makes three explosions. Deals low damage to six different targets of three Mook types. Uses: IIII

White Bomb: Xor's favorite bomb. It has a tendency to blind targets. Does moderate-low damage to two of the same type of Mook. 33% chance to blind one, 16% chance to blind two. Uses: IIII

You obtain a Vial of Mook Blood! It's oddly yellow and translucent... Even though the Smash Mook is already dead.

I assume the Unforgiving Mech Suit is an entity, so it's been summoned! Its power level will be lower for an entity of its size to pay for its vast array of abilities. Additionally, the Bomb ones have all been compressed into one attack.

I splash acid at a Hammer Mook.

You deal 4 damage to one of the Hammer Mooks! Due to the poor health of your target, it dies from its acid burns.

I'll use my leet coding skills to hack the terminal.
private class hacking (){
private int bruteforce;
void Update (){
testInput(bruteforce);
bruteforce = bruteforce+1
}
}

20/20 A spoonful of evolutions helps the stats go up.
I'll make my little trio a lot stronger.
1 becomes a Vaporeon, through the use of a Water Stone, as usual,
1 becomes an Espeon, by going and buying them ice cream until they're happy enough to evolve,
And the last becomes a Glaceon, by me slapping down a rock I put in the freezer and then giving them a rare candy.

6/10 Genuine Plates, from the depths of the sea.

Nice. You could have done bruteforce++, but I'm just being nitpicky. +1 to hacking progress!

Good work on the Eeveelutions! I'll try making their stats based off of their strengths in the game.

10/10 mega med pods (heals all our npc's)
6/30 the rainbow test (On scp-093)
I toss out the mega med pods to all of our entities healing a bunch of our people

All of your NPCs are healed up to full! I'll just heal up entities instead.

You distribute 25 points of healing to the AA side! It goes to Major Persecles and Thanos.

+1 to hacking progress!

I'm really confused but interested? Can someone please explain this somewhat more simple for me?
(Nullpost)

Oh, awesome! I know this game might look a little daunting, so I'll try to sum it up in sentences.

Creative actions will go far, whatever you're attacking.
Charges take 30 posts at maximum but can change the field dramatically depending on when/how it's used.
Items are nifty but unnecessary, charge them up if you want to.
Check the itinerary if you're not sure what to do.
If the Acolyte's around, feel free to attack him, especially if it's on the Itinerary.

========[End-of-Turn Events]========

plague has been introduced back into the game! Once ender 2's back from hiatus, I'll ask him if he wants to return the Argynth Tooth Bracelet.

Ninjatwist_ slashes at one of the Hammer Mooks for 6 damage!

The Sand Golem waits for the Scouts to finish hacking.

Major Persecles watches for his Scouts' progress.

The Argynth Scouts finish up their hacking progress!

SCOUT: We have determined the location of the Acolyte! Now all we need to do is get out of here!

Persecles and his soldiers carry away the body of their fallen comrade and summon backup units! They keep the remaining Mooks at bay while you and your entities retreat.
Persecles retires his injured units and replaces them with fresh ones!

A vast array of melee and ranged Mooks have been dispatched to stop you from leaving! A set of Mooks in heavy armor is among them, alongside heavier units! Be decisive when attacking and hit them hard!

The Snipers arrive and take aim. Another sniper has filled their ranks, and a sniper that got a lapse in bravery has settled its nerves.
The Eevee trio has evolved, and will be much more effective in the coming battle!

========[Sidequest Events]========

The Mining Turtle jams and stops working while the Impetus Countdown is active.

An Impetus Countdown is counting down to 1. I'm pretty sure GoldHero's ready for an adventure, so I won't tick down after this unless you start crafting random crap again.

I put the warhammer, chissel, and heavy stone sword in the chest, retrieve one more iron from the furnace, craft some iron leggings, put them on, and look around to see where we should head off to.

Tarhalindur Industries apologizes for the recent lack of action. We have not been able to obtain the necessary technology required to reach the battlefield during the last few days. Any inconvenience will be fully refunded. Thank you.

Update complete!

I managed to get this done during the night I was out of town, so that's taken care of! Adjust and plan your posts accordingly!

The next post will probably be on Wednesday night at the latest.

I weaponize the even greater hype from the new Smash Direct into a gun, which I then smash the Smash Mooks with.

I imagine a hypothetical situation where when you think of a hypothetical situation, you become trapped inside. Then, within that hypothetical, I imagine a hypothetical where I have a knife that can cut my way out of hypothetical situations. Then the two mes generated by these hypotheticals, along with the real me, gang up and attack a heavily armored axe mook, taking turns holding them down while one of us stabs them with the knife, through the eye slit in their armor.
-----------------------
Espeon: use Psychic on a Heavily armored axe mook, attempting to ignore armor thanks to the fact that armor is a physical thing, and Psychic is not.
Vaporeon: attempt to knock over and drown a Heavily Armored Axe Mook.
Glaceon: attempt to entomb a Heavily Armored Axe Mook in snow with Blizzard.

Gloople Nest (18/25): Posting stats...
--
Stats awaiting approval by GM
HP: 100/100
Attack: Can't attack
Speed: 1
Traits:
Summoner: As its action, the Gloople Nest can summon one or more Glooples, choosing from any type in the Bestiary. The amount and frequency of Glooples spawned using this attack depends on the current spawn rate.
EXP: Any time any type of Gloople successfully makes an attack, the Nest gains one EXP.
Level: The nest starts at Level 1. Once the nest gets a certain amount of EXP, it levels up, gaining a few hit points back, slightly increasing spawn rate, and adding a new type of Gloople to the Bestiary. (As a general rule, they get more powerful as the levels increase.) The amount of EXP required to level up starts at 10 and increases by 5 every level up.
Ultimate Summon: If the Nest manages to reach Level 18, then it must immediately summon one of the type of Gloople which was just added. After using this trait, the Nest's HP is reduced to 0.

Gloople
HP:
4/4
Attack: Special
Speed: 3
Traits:
Ram: The Gloople's attack deals no damage, but briefly deals Paralyzed to the target. This condition wears off after the afflicted makes an attack.
Last Chance: While at full health, any attack that would kill the Gloople reduces it to 1 HP unless it received slashing damage this turn. If it is attacked by two things, only the first one is blocked by this trait.

THE SUMMON IS NOT FINISHED YET. THESE ARE JUST THE STATISTICS.
ACTION
Walk up to the 4 HP Elite Sniper Mook, then beat him over the head with a biology textbook.

The numbers are what I rolled on a d1000. All my actions are completely random. I don't know why I decided to do this, I just did. Woo.

The Unforgiving Mech Suit (haha, TUMS) throws a punch at the Mook Autocannon Emplacement.

I'll return the bracelet thingy btw.

I rig the Mook Autocannon Emplacement, causing it's next attack to backfire and deal damage to it and the Smash Mooks. I then steal the Smash Mook's arms and whack them over their heads with them. Why you hitting yourself? Why you hitting yourself?

[Accepting Bonuses from SunnyAu and Ender2]

[Attack]
Mythic shakes off whatever was distracting them last turn, and gets to work digging a tunnel underneath the Mook Autocannon Emplacements, slowly carving out a massive pit just below the surface.
