    A tip for you all, if a program is annoying because it doesn't allow you to uninstall it due to being active, go into the files and try to delete the files one by one. Specifically go for .dll files as they are the most crucial for the program to function. When it doesn't allow you to delete more files, for a second measure, take the main .exe file and turn it into a .txt file and open it up and delete all contents and save if it lets you but this isn't that necesarry after .dll is gone. Then, you can just restart your computer and the folder will delete with zero problems. This is how I broke my school computer's annoying software that prevented us from using it during breaks.

    i also heard of a program called "Revo Uninstaller" that can in theory fully uninstall anything from your computer (including actually necessary things like the infamous system32) however i don't want to mention it much since some kids might try it and then cry because their computer doesn't work anymore
