David steps a bit closer to Morgan.

Vlad finishes doing the maintenance on the house, and having nothing else to do, decides to watch the news, possibly in some library or eventually, home.
"Aaaand there's strike number one I've heard on this town so far."

*It seems as though due to a lack of safety guidelines, which the government claims to be due to "lack of funding", the workers are going on strike*
"Just watching the lake."

*he sees if anything is wrong with the workers*

"Obviously it's the 'funding issue'. The same god damn issue that persists in Poland too." Orlik would exit the community centry, and wander towards the park.

*The workers seem to be having problems standing up, and walking around, with several being confined to chairs. Their skin tone seems more grey than usual too*
