Good question. My dream job is a plantery scientist, studying geologically active worlds in our solar system (Venus, Mars, Europa, Enceladus, Titan, Triton, Pluto, and Eris for examples)

Pretty good, I like using them to clean my ears and dabbing them in rubbing alcohol to clean electronic pins. I know some doctors said you shouldn't use them, but it's helped me.
I used to ride a horse named Patrick when I was young, he was very calm. I stopped seeing him eventually since my mom lost interest in horse back riding, but he was in perfect health when I left. There was also one named D-Boy but he was a bit too fast for me.

Good question! Bird petting is weird and very different from dog/cat petting though, but still doable. The only part they'll let you pet is their heads and on top of their feet, and you have to pet against the feathers rather than with them since they like the scratching motion.
