OOC DOUBLE TROUBLE

FFHΔ being called random things by different characters:
Xueqing's term: "Delta"
Commonly referred as: "Thudd"
Actual name: "Floro-Fauna Hybrid Delta"

(Moving this to here)

Name: Titan
Nicknames (Optional): "The Tar" "The Mire" "The Maw"
Prior Physical: A mass of doughy black matter that changes shape at will
Current Physical: A mass of black fluid with poor motor control inside what seems to be an old metal diving suit. Thin light-grey slits appear in the glass face as an approximation of many eyes
Weight: 203 Lbs.
Text Color: Black, bold
Personality: Careless, Single-minded, Hungry, Amoral
Equipment (Optional): [N/A]
Theme (Optional): "A complete and utter destruction of the senses." -heaven pierce her (Ear pain warning)
Prior Abilities: amorphous, property changing (density, adhesiveness, viscosity, texture, acidity/basicness, bioluminescence ect.)
Current Abilities: Beyond-human strength (nothing incredible), endlessly flexible, blunt force trauma resistance
Strengths: Painless, Physically capable, heightened senses (except for sight)
Exploitable flaws: quite flammable, must eat to regenerate, deeply-unintelligent, monochrome vision, no depth perception, tone deaf, turns into a puddle without the suit
Connections: Even before it came here it was not but a weathered shadow of a deity-snuffing beast of olde, not even it remembers who or what it was. It just remembers a seething hunger, and a churning blackness. And now all it knows is metal confines and shallow beastliness.

Name: Europa
Nicknames (Optional): "The Mark" "The Ray" "The Etch"
Prior Physical: Their physical form has depth but appears 2 dimensional due to looking like a bunch of solid white scribbled lines in the rough shape of a human
Current Physical: A Dim humanoid shape of light inside what seems to be a more modern fiber-based diving suit with dim white light weakly beaming out of the eye holes.
Weight: [N/A]
Height: 5"10
Text Color: Grey
Personality: Enigmatic, Haughty, Moral extremist, Knowledgeable
Theme (Optional): "Living in the Light" -Ridiculon (Dogmatic Christianity warning)
Prior Abilities: Energy constructs, Surface melding, hovering (not flight, they're always an inch or two off the ground)
Current Abilities: Produces light, very light-weight, can produce negligibly small static shocks
Strengths: Painless, Academically adept, Tireless
Exploitable flaws: Dodgy/easily deterred, broody and scornful, zealous, lacks awareness, turns into a puddle without the suit.
Connections: A recycled essence of a once scorching light, though it refuses to elaborate on it's past, but the clear truth is that it's intentions are as shallow as pursuit of apotheosis and dominance, it's typical ambitions heightened by this new low it has reached.

Parallel Dynamic(s): The neglected corpse, The freed soul. The Immortal, the Slayer. The once-great.

do these things take long to review or...
is there something i don't know yet?

OOOOOOooooh, huh.

ok they have names now

Vella has been inactive on this roleplay lately.
Also... oh god A-HO got Xueqing angered, this isn't going to end well if he doesn't know where to stop

Haven't had time for this roleplay lately, or for working on my second duo.
Might fill that second duo slot (or replace the Nidoran, at least temporarily) with Navy and Fragment as a duo and see how badly that's gonna go (Those two hate each other a lot it's so tempting to force them to team up). I also have various other duos in my list in a still not saved document in Notepad which I can show if there's interest in something like a vote.

Should I do this? I feel like it'll lead to some really funny moments of Fragment just being completely sick of having to tolerate Navy.

As long as you believe you can handle it.

Chances are I'll replace the Nidoran for it as I haven't really been in the mood for them lately. They might return later but for now I think I'll have them get sent back to Evarisse.

They did absolutely nothing so you can just act like they were never there.

Also…

Rule
OCs cannot be revived. If you really need them to be (like Esther) they’ll be revived outside the Perf never to return.

Works too, I guess.

I'll just grab these two descriptions...
Name: Navy
Real Name: Axel Erenlicht
Age: At this point, they lost track. They’ve been around for at least a few hundred years.
Gender: Non-Binary, but usually doesn’t bother correcting people that accidentally use He/Him.
Species: Human
Appearance:
Navy.jpg
Height: 1.76 Meters
Personality: Mostly a nice person, though they seem a bit… how do I say this… distanced? From everyone else. They tend to be very blunt as well.
Equipment: A sword.
Sky Sword.png

Abilities: Fire magic, Dark magic.
-An energy spear. It seems to apply some kind of poison(?) effect to whoever gets hit (Similar to Veanlin’s Darkness magic category, but also different, it’s hard to explain). However, if Navy uses this for too long, they too suffer from that poison effect, and it also seems to have an effect on their mind if they aren’t careful.
-An energy “jet”, basically. It has similar effects to the spear, but it’s a lot stronger… and a lot more dangerous for Navy to use. They can use it up to two times before needing to stop, or else their mind is affected in the same way as when they use their spear for far too long.
It has short range when used directly, but Navy can also use it on the ground to summon it below their target, which has increased range but takes longer to pull off.
-Illusions: Can only be used to make illusions of smaller objects that Navy is holding or touching (I’d say a warhammer would be the absolute limit, and something that big would be very draining for them along with being dangerous to do for long). How long they can keep an illusion active depends on the size of the object, with a limit of 5 minutes on small things, to 30 seconds or less on larger things. This ability is less risky for them to use, but the effects caused by overusing it are the same self-poison as the spear, getting more intense as the limit is approached more closely.
Strengths: Skilled with their fire magic, and pretty good at dodging attacks.
For being as distanced from others as they are, they have surprisingly good teamwork skills sometimes.
Weaknesses: Really bad at blocking attacks, and has some trouble actually befriending others.
Known Backstory: WIP in lore thread
Other:
Soul Color: Soft Orange

Name: Fragment Erenlicht
Age: ???
Gender: Non-Binary, but accepts it/its pronouns in certain contexts. They’ll correct you outside of those contexts though.
Species: Human
Appearance:
Fragment.jpg
Height: 1.78 Meters
Personality: [Notes: (altered and shortened for this RP)
-Really really hates Navy. Hates the fact they have to put up with Navy even more right now.
-For being literally pure evil, they have a good sense of humor.
-Aggressive, yet also calculating
]
"It's taking every fiber of my being to not hate all of you."
Equipment: A pair of energy knives. They don't deal a lot of direct damage, but have very strong armor-piercing properties. (-3 to armor boosts on D10, or -6 on D20; can't make armor boosts turn into penalties, and can only reduce them to +1 and not negate them entirely. For my own method of handling armor, the penalty is instead applied directly to the target, but only on already failed defense rolls. (As in, rolling a 7 will not trigger the armor-piercing, but a 4 would trigger it, essentially increasing the damage dealt without affecting successful defense rolls.))
They also have something known as Soul Armor. It's only visible when near anything that can damage souls (such as a Void mage), but when it is visible, it looks like a translucent, light grey suit of light armor. This absorbs damage from things like Void Magic (anything that makes it visible is affected, basically), to protect their extremely fragile soul from critical damage or outright destruction.
Should the armor absorb too much damage, it shatters and can't be used for a few days. It repairs itself over time when out of battle.
Abilities: Fire Magic and Dark Magic, as well as being able to use Esther’s teleportation.
There’s another thing they can do, but it only works on one person. Specifically, they’re able to basically steal power from Navy, which would weaken them and could even leave them unable to use certain abilities for a little while.
If Fragment absorbs enough of Navy's power, they can temporarily enter a powered state where they're... well, a lot stronger.
Fragment (Powered) (Digital Coloring).png
Strengths: Skilled with magic despite their current limitations, and is really good at dodging attacks.
Weaknesses: Their magic is weaker than they’d want it to be, and it’s also hard for them to actually use their magic right now aside from summoning fireballs.
Known Backstory (Optional): [REDACTED. Their name is a hint though.]
Other: Their fighting style resembles Aticia's a lot, focusing on pressuring enemies with constant attacks and combos that can chip away at their health if not countered properly.
Soul Color: Pure Black
