I'm on linux, ubuntu 18 with a 750gtx , 12gb ram, a ssd and a phenom 2 x4 955. On 1.3 I used to easily get 60 fps, with the exception of the underworld. Now the game tanks to 20, 30 fps at a times and framerate is unstable in general. If I minimize the game and refocus it, then it improves. The game used to use about 1gb ram and now uses about 3 gb. I could get a significant performance increase when I updated monokickstart. So yeah. I'm glad to see that you seemed to focus on the MP performance issues, but the game itself have severe issues overall still and possibly leaks of some sort.
edit: I did set light to white and it improved things a bit, but the issue where it starts to run very poorly then improves after re-focusing the game persists. And btw, I could use color light more with no issues before.
