Biomes & Nature Hell freezes over.

So think of this. The Underworld and snow biomes are SWITCHED. Instead of the Wall of Flesh, there's the Wall of Ice. And all snow biome mobs, including underground mobs, look reddish and hot. And there could be ice stone to replace hellstone or something. Dried Ice armor set. And and Icy Greatsword! Just think of the possibilities!

When you propose a big change like that, it's your responsibility to fill in the details, not ours.
