Resolved Journey mode keeps skipping day

in journey mode every time it is day after a few seconds it switches to the middle of the night and no matter how many times i change it back or freeze time it will not stay day.
 
I'm getting the same issue, just not in journey mode. Made a new character with a new world and it jumped right to midnight, and every time it reaches dawn the time skips right back to dusk.
 
We've just put out a hot-hotfix to resolve this issue!

You'll need to restart Terraria, and possibly restart Steam to force the download if Steam is being uncooperative. Please let me know if there are any further issues!
