(Written before maint, I'm still backreading.)
(I'm still more leaning towards no on Bow-Eye. The attack modifier on Therian already feels iffy at times (and it's not helped by you constantly stealing all of my luck points), and Bow-Eye's boost is even bigger. With how I personally handle things like armor (instead of giving roll modifiers they just make all damage less severe), the only character who would really be able to take a hit with a boost like that is the one I can't add without removing Mirror (that being Malis, whose armor is enchanted and uses a health bar system), and who I'd rather not add in the first place because of the greatly limited balance work I did when making him.)
(My opinion on powerful OCs is they're fun when used sparingly. As in, only one maybe two in a roleplay, and usually with limited use in the roleplay. I almost never use Malis because of how powerful he is against unprepared characters especially (I nerfed him in TLRPPW, but plan to un-nerf him somewhat and not nerf him in future RPs much because I found the nerfs made him a bit too weak), and even when I use the Master's Pokémon I only have them use boosted attacks after getting permission (As in-lore, a boosted Night Slash nearly killed Petri in one go. Not just OHKO'd her, she almost died). I'd go a bit more in-depth about my balance-related opinions but that'd probably become an essay that could be turned in for a school project and I'll save it for when I make that RP guide I started on years ago.)
(Anyway, now that maintenance is finally over, time to introduce Navy.)
Anyone at camp could see someone appearing nearby, the air around them seeming to glitch out for a few seconds. They seem to be unconscious...
(Also... to Banana. I'm sorry but I'm not too excited about you potentially joining. I have various reasons to be concerned about you making it hard for me to comfortably participate. )
