IC Limbo.

Bow-Eye, despite his injured knee, runs at Golem with max speed, slashing at his face again, again, again, again and again. [D20: 11*1.5=17(Rounded up), 16*1.5=24, 18*1.5=27, 18*1.5=27, 1*1.5=2(Rounded up), 9*1.5=14(Rounded up), 15*1.5=23(Rounded up), 18*1.5=27, 15*1.5=23(Rounded up), 15*1.5=23(Rounded up). Or, in other words, 17, 24, 27, 27, 2, 14, 23, 27, 23, 23.]
[19, 14, 6] [the strikes causes notable damage in Golem, but the force of the blows causes its head to pop off. (the next numbers will have a 100x modifier since its head is off) [1600, 1100, 1700, 1200, 700, 200, 1700]

[19, 14, 6] [the damage causes notable chips in Golem, but the force of the blows causes its head to pop off. (the next numbers will have a 100x modifier since its head is off) [1600, 1100, 1700, 1200, 700, 200, 1700]
[They were all aimed at the head, as clearly seen with "slashed at his face", you said Golem's head is the sensitive part in this scenario.]

At camp…
The arrow pile and the hay target starts shaking.
After a few seconds, they start merging together, assembling…
The process goes on and on…
One minute later, a hedgehog that seems like Sonic made out of hay and arrow is there, looking around.
It looks left. It looks right.
Then it looks at its front.
It then jumps up and cheers silently, joy apparent from its expression.

(fair, didnt see that. Just divide the 7 numbers by 100, so [16, 17, 12, 7, 2, 17] (Golem has received high damage, and is noticably steaming. Suddenly, it creates a lizhard brick platform and uses its arm to grapple up, using its head and other arm to fire fists and lasers at Bow-Eye. [12, 5, 15, 6, 11, 20, 19, 17, 1, 14]

Name: Vernitex

Nicknames (Optional): Codex master, Vertrix

Gender: Male

Text Color: 0492C2

Appearance: A 52 year old man, in grandiose robes, they are the same blue as his text color, with a bunch of rank plates of varying stripes on his left collarbone, signifying his rank as a Grand Magistrate member. The robes are adorned with gold, with many large tomes and books attached to his clothes, some even floating around him, periodically electrocuting the things around him.
His robes reach to his ankles, which will reveal he's actually floating slightly in the air.
His hair is salt-and-pepper, mixing gray and black into a grayish mix, coming into a sharp edge with a goatee, while his hair is sharp and almost messy from the many electric mishaps.
He wears a hat, like Rope's but pointy. The feather is also a Tesla coil.

Personality: Like a king, lofty and grand, but holds immense respect for those who earned their power through their own effort, and to a slightly less degree, those who've mastered power they were given. Unlike Rope, he has less of an ego, accepting when someone is stronger, and giving feedback on those who aren't.
He's not evil, he's given his world a lot of magic arts that were unjustly forbidden for years before that. On Bow-eye's list, he'd be around a -150(at least, I'm assuming), because he has declined bribes and helped his entire country prosper, as well as saving a few lives with the Codex of the Medicus.

Important note: He won't attack anyone unless he's attacked or their target is entirely innocent. He won't start a fight, preferring to resolve his disputes diplomatically.

Equipment (Optional): The Seven Codexii of the Art of Lightning, 3 attached to his clothing and 4 floating idly near him, literally with a mind of their own.
The seven each have different effects if he channels their power.

1. Codex of the Sphericus
Fires a lightning orb that flies out, shocking anything nearby, while exploding on command afterwards.
(+5 to wet or underwater targets. This may be changed, because I don't know how lightning reacts to grounded or aerial targets.)
(This floating book darts around his waist, erratically)

2. Codex of the Medicus
Allows him to use this book as a resuscitator, potentially saving someone's life.
(This book is attached in front of his heart.)

3. Codex of the Cumulonimbicus
Allows him to start a small thunderstorm over an area. Canonically, it could drown a country, but for this I'll reduce it to covering a square kilometer. Anyone in it might get struck by lightning!
(This book is constantly orbiting his head, to his dismay as it sometimes blocks his vision.)

4. Codex of the Staticus
He touches an object, and that object will permanently put off an electric pulse, like an Exo Prism. He can't do this to any living being.
(This book is attached to his back, right under his neck.)

5. Codex of the Electricus
He raises his hand, an a concentrated lightning blast goes from his hand to a target of his choice.
(Same stat bonuses as the Sphericus Codex.)
(This codex lazily floats around his torso, never moving very fast unless he needs it to.)

6. Codex of the Sheildicus
If a light projectile comes near him, this codex will shock it, increasing a defense roll by 5.
(This book floats around him randomly, but can move surprisingly fast when protecting him.)

7. THE FORBIDDEN TOME.
This horrible codex, filled with ancient, evil runes,.is locked in a cage on his belt. If he opens this, it'll absorb all the electricity for miles (with things like your brain electricity not included. It'll then explode, probably killing him and doing damage to everything around him.
As a Codex master, he is sworn never to release this book's power.

Theme (Optional): terraria thunder, until I find something better
Backstory (Optional): He is part of Yharic's Universe, so he knows him. He doesn't know Yharic, though. One of the 5 Codex Masters, he deals with electric magic. The council of magistrate deals with crimes and issues in the magical community, and all wizards answer to them. He is also an advisor to the king of his country, who is not a very good person and Vernitex isn't fond of him.

He came to Limbo by accident trying to teleport to another kingdom via another's portal.

Abilities: able to control electricity and fly, but usually just doesn't because his Codexes are far stronger than his innate magic.

Strengths: He's a very logical person, thinking before he speaks his mind. He refuses to do anything he deems to not be good, and will outright refuse to help an evil person.
He's seen some :red:, and can't be scared easily.
As a result, he's very unbiased towards anything or anyone.

Height: 6'3, 6'8 when he's floating.
Weight:140 pounds.

Exploitable flaws: His magic is very, very easily distracted. Just plant a lightning rod nearby and it will almost entirely ignore you. His Codexii can be used by others, if they can get one.

Extras (Optional):
(Rope, Tom is in a cave, looking for ultrite. If you want stuff done, do your job. He got a 13.)

The machine rises to their feet immediately, metal fists balled as they stride over, scrutinizing them with a now repaired lens.

“Potential hostile noted, please state your intention and discard any possible weaponry as a sign of goodwill.”

(So what's the thoughts on my character)

[13, 4, 16, 6, 1, 11, 11, 19, 9, 19.]
Bow-Eye manages to dodge most attacks, but he does get hit by a couple of them, overall acquiring mediocre damage. A bruise is able to be seen on his normal arm.
Bow-Eye, enraged by Golem at this point, lunges at his head, sticking his Eyenite arm deep into it's mouth, before grabbing onto a jagged tooth in the very back of it. He yanks at it three times, trying to rip it out. [15*1.5=23(Rounded up), 16*1.5=24, 17*1.5=26(Rounded up). It's very nice to see I rolled a 15, 16 & 17 in that order. very nice on the brain]

*A bright ball of electricity forms on the outskirts of camp, and Vernitex appears where it was, the grass slightly scorched around him.*

*He immediately looks confused, and opens a few of his floating tomes, reading them and looking more confused.*

Not listed? What do you mean not listed? I teleported to the Aeron kingdom! Where are we?
*The Codex of Cumulonimbicus flips a few pages.*
What the hell do you mean?

Navy looks towards Vernitex.
<...Another newcomer. Alright then.>

*Vernitex looks up from his Codex and notices navy, among other people.*
Thanks for nothing, you useless piece of paper.

*He floats over to Navy.*
Where am I? I'm not supposed to be here.

*The Codex of Thundericus puts off a small electric shock, going into the Codex of Medicus.*

(For some reason I imagine this happening in a similar process to Monster Physics' Unstable Electromagnetism Glitch.)
(Now all we need to do is give Target a projectile attack where he spins rapidly and starts launching arrows everywhere.)
(Or maybe there aren't enough arrows to become fully unstable, so they start shaking back and forth in order to function like wings.)
(BTW, the internet has no information about the Unstable Electromagnetism Glitch yet. Monster Physics has a ton of untapped potential, and I could be wrong, but I think somehow I am the only one who has begun to discover said potential. I have a few videos on my iPad about the glitch, but I haven't uploaded them to Youtube yet.)
