High fishing power, High Test Fishing Line, a handful of crate potions, an a lil' bit of patience.
In about 10~ minutes you should easily have more than enough of both.

Never actually bothered with fishing before. I don't have any gear except a Sitting Duck's Fishing Pole. I definitely didn't not find the angler, the dang guy totally won't not spawn!

Butterflies and moths are indeed very different despite being in the same group of insects. Been a lepidopterologist since childhood, and the name of the item should be "Moth Dust".

Hm, while I do agree with that.. 'Moth wings' wouldn't be as catchy to a lot of players (tho personally I'd prefer it).
