**REPORTED** Some hallowed enemies ignore walls on occasion

From what I've seen so far, this only applies to illuminant bats and chaos elementals. Chaos elementals seem to travel through walls after teleportation, but cannot re-enter a wall upon exiting. Bats on the other hand, seem to only be able to clip upon taking knockback.
 
This is partly intentional and partly a bug.

We added a new optional syncing setting, in place of enemies teleporting through lag. This makes them "glide" to their new position, which sometimes makes them push into walls a little bit.

However, what's bugged are the Chaos Elementals, and they are behaving really oddly when they ACTUALLY teleport. We are looking into that. :)
