NPCs & Enemies Some ideas for the Lunatic Cultist

I think the Lunatic Cultist is an important boss, and a woeful thing is that it don't have a Treasure Bag.

So I think...
In Expert Mode, after the Lunatic Cultist is defeated, it will drop a Treasure Bag. The bag contains an Expert Mode-exclusive items.
For the Expert Mode-exclusive items, I have two ideas.
1. A mount-summoning item that spawns Ancient Vision, a miniature rideable Ancient Vision-style mount that can fly and hover indefinitely.
2. A accessory that can make player hover for a period of time.
And at the same time, there is a Lightning Ritual Ring behind the player and the player will have more damage and defense during hovering.

Other
In Every Mode, after the Lunatic Cultist is defeated, one of the following 4 weappens will be dropped (1/3 chance, just like the Skeletron).
1. A Boomerang, when it hit enemies it will fire fireball that explode upon contact with the enemies.
2. A Launcher, it can fire extra bolts of lightning at the enemies.
3. A Spell book, it can fire a crystallized ball of ice mist aimed towards the enemies.
4. A Minion-summoning weapen, it can spawns Ancient Booms, just like UFO.

Usually things like this are Master Mode.

What do you mean by this? The Celestial Starboard Hover?

I hadn't really considered it until now, but every mount that provides infinite flight comes from a strictly optional challenge, and I'd like it to stay that way. I don't think there should be any infinite flight mounts that you get through major progression, because they're more interesting as a reward for doing more difficult optional content.

What exactly does this mean? What does "hovering" look like? What is a "Lightning Ritual Ring?"

What are the stats of any of these weapons? What are they called? Also, what is an "ancient boom?"

Sounds quite reasonable. But in my poor opinion, in the later stage of the game process, an infinite hovering mount with general properties may be helpful to some new players.

It is just like the Flying Carpet. For "Lightning Ritual Ring"... sorry, my English is poor, it is a visual effect, just like a golden ring while the boss create spurious bodies.

For the name, I don't know how weapons are named in Terriria and my English is not good.
but to be honest, I don't know whether it is reasonable to acquire weapons at this time so I didn't decide on the states. If it is reasonable, I will seriously consider it.
For "ancient boom", it is the black skull when we fight with the boss, the name comes from the Terriria Wiki.

Yes... which is why they should remain locked behind optional content, to encourage struggling players to seek out other avenues of progress.

Another problem is that the Cultist dropping weapons makes them immediately outclassed by the time you destroy the pillars. The progression there is far too tight to have weapon drops.
