Items Temple Key Sell Value

Isn't it kind of dumb that there's no use for a Temple Key after you defeat Plantera for the first time?
Don't you think it would be better if you could sell it?

The Temple Key should be at least worth 15 gold coins imo, since it's a key that leads to an anicent lizard civilization dropped by a mysterious giant plant creature

Maybe you can only sell it to the Witch Doctor, because he/she is a Lihzahrd.

The Temple Key used to have an alternate function in making Biome Keys. (Enemies dropped Biome Key Moulds instead. Personally, I preferred the Moulds, but I digress.) Now that Moulds are gone, there's no point hoarding Temple Keys - it's easier to get a Picksaw or better and just mine your way into the Temple.
Unsure about a sell value, but I do agree the Temple Key should have a use... even if that use is only selling it.

I'd just make the game do a check whether or not the temple door has been opened. If it is, Plantera stops dropping keys.

I hate it how I have to keep throwing away any temple key I get after the first, so having a sell price for them would at least give them worth, to another option is to not make it drop after the temple is opened.
