So I took it upon myself to make a few new Terraria desktop wallpapers to spruce up my bland computer screen. Since I felt that others might like them, I have decided to share them here.

Please note that none of this is completely original, and all these have been taken from the Terraria game files and edited by me.

With that being said, here they are:

Have I started a trend?

Nice stuff! In case anyone doesn't know, in the game files, all the various images are scored seperarely, so its a big job to edit them all together like milt has done.

This is awesome, and the only way it would be more awesome is if I actually saw my desktop ever :P
But yeah, great work!

Beautiful, Thanks a lot

Sorry to burst your bubble but you can just go in-game and use invisibility potion and gravity potion to get images like this at ease.

Do what you want, I really don't care.

Also, Jungle has been completed

HUGE difference. Milts is A LOT better. So yeah you could, but they'll lack detail and contrast...

Great stuff, Milt! Can't wait to see more

EDIT:
Like @Axios has already stated, Milt's is a lot nicer to look at. Yours is all dark and stuff.

These are truly amazing. I did not realize how good Terraria's backgrounds are.
I've had the same background for over 3 years, it's about time a changed it.

Edit:
I didn't come here to compete with Milt. I came here to tell that there is an easier way which works just as well if you take the picture at the correct time which I obviously didn't.

Either way, you will never get a perfect screenshot. The game distorts things and by zooming in on your picture, it becomes obvious.

Left is mine, right is the one you provided

I wet searching through the game's backgrounds to see which ones you compiled to make the Crimson one.
(In order from how they were probably layered when making the image)

I did not realize how many images were needed to make these. Thank you for sharing these to the forum!

Using these. I can't believe I never thought to use the actual Terraria backdrops... I've been using the loading splash images this whole time...

Thank you Milt. Thank you for letting me realize what I had been missing.

This stuff looks great. Really great. Nice work making Terraria 3D.

Just tried using the Corruption wallpaper on Fill mode (Windows 8) with the color for the taskbar and windows pretty much the same as the bottom of the image. It looks amazing.

I think I'll just put them all on rotation. Ta.

I don't have enough synonyms for beauty to describe that hallow wallpaper. I need both a thesaurus and a moment. Simply amazing, on all of these.

Very impressive work. I see you put a lot of time and effort into providing great wallpapers for us to look at.

As always, nice job Milt!
