they are the exact same except for the hood, so here is the recipes
First one:
Mythril hood -- black dye
Jims breastplate -- black dye
Jims leggings -- black dye
Star veil -- red and silver dye
Black belt -- bright silver dye (although this is really not needed, it makes like 4 pixels brighter)
Charm of myths -- red dye

The second one uses Arkhalis's hood and it looks a little better IMO. Only downside is, the skull will flash occasionally
