Thorn greeted Platinum and Roy as they would come in, letting them choose a table or bar to sit at. As everyone nibbled at some food and drink, he recorded their expenditures, applying it to their tab which he seemed to keep accurate record of. One at a time, he wold give each of them a nod, letting them know that they should get up soon and slowly and casually make their ways into the back room, often not giving such a nod for long periods of time when others would come into the Red Bench, either because they were unknown, or not to know of the mission that was ahead for this group of five adventurers.
.................... In the back, several rooms in as escorted by attendants, the five adventurers were served more, while two or so hours passed until all five sat around a large table. A sixth person entered the room, a tall man with a scruffy, somewhat recently shaved beard, wearing a dark brown coat. "So, you're all here. About time," he said before he cracked the knuckles of his hand and plopped into a chair, putting his boot-covered feet up onto the edge of the table. "There's some farm land to the west where a local farmer named Kevdar lives. He has a package of supplies that we need you to pick up. I'm leaving this rag-tag group of newcomers to you, Zack; show 'em the ropes, and have that package delivered pronto. You'll be payed a fair wage for the job, minus whatever's on your tab." He let out a small chuckle, as if he knew himself the burden of the tab. "Already got the documents ready and prepared with Rescap the other day. You know the rules, don't get caught, and if you do, don't lead any questioning eyes and ears to the Red Bench. If so, you'll be silenced." With that, he got up and left the room, not bothering with any answers the now assumed party would have.
