I went with a loadout I'd use if I was using the pro seriously (I'd replace thermal ink with a quick respawn or another ink saver though but that's because I'm usually not shooting at the other players (I sometimes try but most shots land in the wrong direction))

Edit: After trying out a few of my non-mains in test rounds
I have decided who to play tomorrow in the smash tournament
Good ol' Mega Man with his up air strats works pretty well when Inkling is racking up damage
Won against a team of level 8 CPUs with up air KOs being what ended the match

seriously though I'm glad I was allowed to use an un-spirited amiibo for this doubles tournament (the agreement was I wouldn't give it spirits, which, not like I have spirits I want to give it rn anyway)
My family has a history of having terrible coordination with others
so working with a computer is a lot more comfortable for me

I figure it's all relative. As long as everyone has one, it's not too much of an advantage. But i also get ðat using ðe characters as ðey were balanced by ðe devs can be more fun. Ðat's why i don't use custom fighters (except miis) or items when i play.
