Don't they spawn properly already?

I think he's referring to the fact that the Rukh (and sometimes the Cog Lord for me) spawns without the boss roar sound effect or a boss has awoken message.

They are making an entire new mode of endgame stuff. Cog Lord will be in his proper place and etc, he is not becoming post-moon lord from my knowledge.

What can we expect in 1.3 update?

• The Tremode - Post Moon Lord gamemode with it's own ores, lots of new content, such as armors, weapons, materials, harder monsters and hard bosses
• 10 new soundtracks and music boxes.
• 2 brand new invasions.
• 11 more bosses to kill.
• New Alchemic class with it's own new damage type, new weapons, armors and accessories.
• Brand new mechanic - Hunger System.
• A new biome called Glacier.
• Even more town NPCs.
• And even more stuff!

Is all that stuff added in? Terraria is in 1.3 right now.

No worries. When you consider we've been expecting to play Tremor 1.3 almost as long as Terraria 1.3 has been around, it is pretty confusing.

They are adding a purity variant in version 1.3
