I put 2 Character AIs in a room, and the premise was that Tommy gun dude owes Mob boss money. Here's what happened:

Due to his mother working in IT, he aquired many computer skills early on. Glasia van Duivels had a normal life until primary school, but then he faced rejection from schools. He was forgotten by the system, since in Germany it is compulsory to go to school. Glasia van Duivels learned primary skills with his parents' help. He was bullied for his appearance, afro hair, and round glasses, often involving the N word. Glasia van Duivels was also bullied for being unable to run more than 50-100 meters and for running slowly. His grades dropped due to unfair treatment, being called inhuman for his rare name. In 8th grade classmates tried to saw Glasia in half due to his muscularity but it failed and wings appeared on Glasia was revealed he is a demon. Due to that Glasia was expelled and had to transfer to another school. His parents picked a school which taught many different fantasy creatures for a higher acceptance chance. There his grade improved, except in PE. In PE he was being harassed more by the teacher than by students, but from the students some harassment came too, both from angels, demons and other natures. At the new school Glasia was advised to learn magic to control better his nature. Also he was advised to sign in into a walking sport club which he enjoyed much. The magic class and walking sessions strengthened Glasia's confidence and before transitioning to the Oberstufe (German HS) he got his PE teacher fired for doing the R word on other students, which was only one of the crimes the teacher committed. In the Oberstufe his situations improved and he picked up doing omninatural martial arts. This is a mix between martial arts and magic. At the end of the Oberstufe he got a pretty good Abitur (German A levels), passed in a language school the Dutch C1 exam and started his apprenticeship at the TÜV, in the division for magical objects. The TÜV is an institution checking the safety of objects such as cars.

Can walk very quickly for hours on end. High self control shown in little danger caused, and being accepted by some angels in his newer school. Also never drank alcohol, took drugs or smoked, even when people tempted him. Can defend himself well with fire magic and knows a bit of healing magic.

Weaknesses:​

Being fully submerged in holy water and Holy light of higher angels. This high toughness against holy objects is because of the very good self control and that his demonic nature is not very far away from human nature. Running causes vision issues because of a family curse.

Other information​

Glasia prefers bigger magic staffs due to his height and strong grip of his hands. In Magic class he used a half meter long magic wand and when he was in summer vacations at his grandfather in hell, he used there a long inferno fork.

When in his walking group, he wears a magic-resistant Black T Shirt and pants, and well-fitting walking shoes comfortable for long walks. In contests he uses the number 255, the highest value a single byte can attain.

Glasia's current broom is a Holunder 300 model broom, a high-quality racing broom made in the Harz mountains, with the license plate "GO-G 23". Glasia flies on his broom often in the holidays to his demonic cousin in the Netherlands. He plans one day to fly on his broom a lap on the Nurburgring.

(I feel like the question was more so to insinuate why you would even write a character sheet out like that, knowing it would be a headache for most people to read, and that it would have been substantially easier to just type it normally.)
