Hey, I just want to ask, the bugs fixed section all to seem to be bugs that would have come with This update
, I wanted to know if the fall damage bug had been fixed from the last update, it's the only one that's ever bothered me,
it's already been confirmed a while back on the known bugs, it's kinda annoying in a new world dying from afall that takes many more hearts than it should,

Now the behavior was silently switched so they now need to overlap -- breaking a lot of my wiring since now they can't power the wires around them. Not an easy fix since the whole point was to power multiple circuits (12 from a single switch) without them overlapping
I use a single switch to turn on/off multiple timers without the timers turning themselves off by being on the same circuit.

Fall damage itself seems fixed, but now they made gravity itself floaty so you fall almost like a featherfall potion before. It's really weird falling from a great height and gently landing to receive fall damage.
I don't want to sound negative, I'm enjoying the new additions so far, it's just unsettling to find so many issues on day one of the update when presumably someone reviewed all the bug reports in the last version and intended to address them.
I'm available to bug test on the next PS4 version if need be.

I assume the PC version is basically the intended behavior. It's unfortunate that they left wire working differently for so long on the other versions. But I suppose they felt they had to bite the bullet and standardize at some point. If this helps at all, a lever, being larger than a switch, can touch up to 6 wires (three each color) without them connecting.

As you may have seen previously, we expect the retail copies to be available on June 24th in Europe and June 28th in North America (if you are interested in picking up a physical copy).

CONSOLE UPDATE!
In addition to the Wii U news, we are also pleased to announce that the long-awaited latest console update is live today for Playstation devices (PS3, PS4, and Vita)! You should be seeing it soon, if you haven't already. Below you will find the new content and a list of bugs that were fixed. Some of the bugs are specific to Xbox One and 360, those will take affect within the next couple of weeks.
The Xbox One and 360 updates (with the same content and fixes) are still in submission with Microsoft and we will update you here, as soon as we are made aware of an approval/launch date.
*Note* This list contains bugs that have been addressed, not the fix/change. For example, "Acorns will not grow on sand when planted" is the bug, so Acorns will now grow on sand, since it has been fixed.
The 'Arctic Diving Gear' is not visible
Rich presence information is not localized for all supported languages.
The sorting order of the entries in the leaderboard for all categories is improper
Silk stacks max out at 99.
Jellyfish Jars appear to cycle too quickly and in sync with each other.

The wires always have to touch (overlap) the devices at both ends. I does have some advantages, you can pack things together closer without creating connections you didn't want, but I can definitely imagine how annoying it would be to make the change after you're used to it the other way.

Initially, I thought this meant that all the hackers were removed from the leaderboards but that is definitely not the case. Eh, it would probably be filled back up with hacked accounts again tomorrow if it were fixed today so no worries.
On PS4 the spectre mask doesn't give the set bonus for the orb damage. Only the Spectre hood gives a set bonus for the health recovery. Gimps the Mage class really badly.
Thanks on the reply for the fall damage fix, I don't care if I all a bit slower, it's just I had 400 health points while spelunking, and I happened to take a tiny fall that's normal worth 2 hearts, gets a bit annoying , I can't wait for the update!
I've been in the mood for a summoners play through for months, I tried, but 2 slimes vs mech bosses didn't work out well for me
