how would you feel if they let you stack 2 whips normally and added some secret technique to let you get 3 but that's it

When you play as Summoner, do you go for Terraprisma? If so, when? I'm thinking I'll go for it immediately after Golem and Pumpkin Moon, and then I use its power to kill Duke, OOA3, Martians, and the Frost Moon. If the broom and ravens don't carry me to victory, I'll give in and get Xeno Staff instead.
I wish there were more bosses for me to use it on. I'm using it on Moonlord, even though I know it's a little suboptimal.

What are your preferred non-summon weapons to class-mix? (e.g. Betsy's Wrath for 40 AP, Bubble Gun for sheer DPS)

I'm doing a master summoner run, using that google drive Jason's Terraria Guide for what items I should get, along with your Summoner gear rating post. It looks like Optic Staff is mostly made obsolete by the Blade Staff, but I'm wondering if there are any use cases I could have for it (I've got 7 max slots). I know that one or two with the Blade Staff is really good for crowd control.
It says that Optic + Spider is best for a fast Plantera kill, but I remember seeing something you said about how using a whip would wind up ruining that. Also, I'm wondering if it could be better for Destroyer than Abigail, but maybe there's an I-frame issue in there that makes it worse than her. Skeletron Prime, I'd imagine, would take more DPS from optic, but not as consistently (blade staff is ON that), making it slower.
Is there anything I've missed here?

Do you think Mage is the worst class in Terraria as of currently? I heard alot of people say it is solely because of the progression and that alot of weapons from other classes rival it.

I personally dont think so but I wanted to know what you think. Considering both breaking progression by killing Duke pre mech and not killing Duke pre mech.

thank you for taking one for the team and spreading your whip knowledge. the recent (imo silly) responses that people have been giving to your very valid complaints has left me infuriated—i can’t imagine how you feel. ive seen your recent posts on various platforms, and yeah, stuff like random whip arcs is horrid and has to go.

at what point in damage calculation is whip tag damage applied? as a crude example using like, 50% damage up on a 50 base damage minion

would it be (50 * 1.5) + 20 = 95 before defense/variance, or would it be (50+20) * 1.5 = 105 base damage?
i'm under the impression it's the former but the wiki damage page is confusing me since its 8am

I want to ask you, what is your favorite weapon from a boss? (It can be a multitude of factors, from visuals to strength and others)? Mine is the Stellar Tune, one of the coolest mage weapons IMO.
