I guess the TLDR would be 'wen 1.4.4.1 for mobile?'

the long version,
yesterday i setup a server for the first time, 1.4.4. moved all my items over on mobile to the server yesterday and today i figured id fire up the trusty old laptop and connect there, but along came a "whats this?!?!!" moment as steam had auto updated to 1.4.4.1, well poo brick! guess i'll wait til an update comes along... but wen update?

btw, LOVE terraria and this isnt a real complaint, just a casual observation of a first time frustration setting up a server. i'm still trying to break out of 1 player mode over 'er. LoL
 
Unlike PC, the Console and Mobile hotfix process takes time, as it must go through the first party channels (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Android, Apple, etc).

On PC, we can hit a button and its out. On those platforms, it is a complex, multi-stage process where it takes days and they can reject updates. Unfortunately, it will simply take longer for them to come out, even if we did get the update as a whole out all at once.
