As of what happened to the third head; i DID say i drew him with Turkor the ungrateful in mind, so roughly 30 secconds after destroying the first two heads...THis should happen:

I was farming the Plaugebriger for a magic weapon since Im doing a magic play through and I realized that the Plaugebringer doesn't have a magic weapon but it has 3 ranged drops
