Me and a friend have been doing a playthrough with some large mods for a couple days, but he is no longer able to join the world. At first he was just stuck on the "found server" screen, but now makes it through "syncing mods" and something about loading the world before getting told that he "lost connection".
Since we last played, all I remember doing while he was off was expand the magic storage, and fish.
We attempted restarting our pcs multiple times, starting a separate server via the "start-tModLoaderServer.bat" file, verifying integrity of game files, him reinstalling, starting the server without a password, using invite only mode, and seeing if another program was using port 7777 (all of which were from various other sources). We went over all of our mods, and have the same version for all of them (minus client side mods).
Running normally through host and play with a password on invite only mode worked once after removing all empty cells from our magic storage (not sure if that last part did anything), but was very laggy on his end and we have not been able to recreate it.
Everything works fine with the exact same mods and characters on a fresh world.
the mod "Fargo's Souls DLC (Calamity) v1.1.0.8 (FargowiltasCrossmod)" updated since we last played yesterday, but the creator disabled comments so we have no way of knowing if anyone else is experiencing this issue. He initially tried downgrading on his end since apparently mine didn't automatically update, but that did not work and I reinstalled the mod.
