PC Unable to Join a Specific World?

I think this is the right topic.
We'll see.
So me and my friend had been doing a tMODLoader playthrough until one day, when I tried to join him it said that I lost connection.

We initially thought this was a network problem or tMODLoader or Steam problem. But after a bit of testing, we determined that it wasn't. I was able to successfully join other worlds of his and he could join mine, we both verified our game files. we created a new copy of the world and tried that, and all that's left is transferring everything to a new world.

But before we do that I thought I'd ask here.

Update: I created a new character and was able to join.
For about an hour.
Then it kicked me out and when I went back in it was this:

"Invalid Operation at this State..."
Now when I join it's saying Lost Connection.
He tried remaking the world but it's to no avail...

Oh dang, my bad, I couldn't find one that said anything about mods.

Okay, so we turned off Overhaul and it still says Lost Connection.
