I could be wrong, but I noticed that the Hemogoblin Shark and Creature of the Deep swim slower than intended.
Update : I recently added videos about this issue. I think that both enemies used to swim much faster.

I mean, those two enemies are supposed to swim very fast in water. And I don’t mind making a video about this for now.

I loaded an old install of Terraria 1.3.x for comparison. As far as I can tell, Creature from the Deep swims at the same speed in 1.3.x and 1.4.x. (Hemogoblin Shark was introduced in 1.4, so unable to compare it.) I agree they're swimming more slowly than expected, so I'll bring it up for further discussion. Unless the behaviour has changed between 1.3 and 1.4, it's unlikely there will be further changes. (Not every difference between 1.3 and 1.4 is a bug, but unintended changes would be.)
