Once summoned it display timer above it's head start with 20 seconds.
Once the timer reach 0 it's teleport to someplace within the player's screen dealing 50 damage to player.
The start number goes down by 1 second each time it's teleported.

Stabs at you using a spear, dealing 63 damage (120 damage in Expert). Pelts you with a barrage of feathers, dealing 56 damage (88 in Expert).
Stage 2:
Rushes very quickly at you, dealing contact damage on contact. Also continues using Stage 1 attacks, but spear attack now does 74 damage (137 damage in Expert), while feather attack does 62 damage (130 damage in Expert.)

The Emissary
Basically a supernatural humanoid figure twice the size of the Lunatic Cultist with a dark portal floating above him.
Randomly spawns after two of the mech bosses have been defeated.
40000 HP
Attack 1 - The Emissary shoots out Gravitational Hooks, which deal damage and latch on to players and try to pull them into the portal. The portal deals massive damage. The Hooks are destructible, however.
Attack 2 - The Emissary summons small portals around the player which do damage.
Attack 3 - The Emissary pauses his attacks and stays still for 3-4 seconds. Then he suddenly charges at the player multiple times, dealing high damage. For 15 seconds afterwards, his defense is halved but his attack and speed are doubled.
