now you can eat blueberries
if you eat them you turn blue and inflate

A new game mechanic, sanity.

When you start a fresh character, you have full sanity. However, this can be decreased gradually by:
1. The night time
2. Being in the crimson/corruption
3. Rain
4. Various other things.

Once you get below half your full sanity, the hallucinations start. You will begin to see faint shadow warriors walking around you. At this point they are harmless and when you hover over them it doesnt say anything. However, eventually these shadows become much more clear, and real! Big black shadow warriors (called minion of cuthulu) will start to attack you, dealing 100 damage per hit. They have 1000 health, so they are hard to kill. When you die you will have full sanity again. The hallucinations will go away.

You can increase your sanity by being around npcs, and picking flowers.

Going insane does have a benefit. Minions of cuthulu have a 4% chance to drop the ancient shadow blade. There is nothing special about this sword, except it's really high damage, which is 150. It swings very fast too. However, since its only an illusion you can only use it when you are insane, so there's the catch. While not insane, it will appear as a faint outline in your inventory, but nothing will happen if you try to use it.

Summoned by dropping and grabbing the Nymph Banner, the RNJesus is a godly figure that floats on a humongous cloud. He will rash on the player like EoC in its last form, inflicting you debuffs ranging from the following:

- Cursed Luck; Chances of item drops are nullified (even when mining blocks), 0% critical hit chance.
- Random Crits; All damage you recieve is critical.
- Sudden Death; The next hit you take will kill you.

Summoned by typing the code "HL3-N0W" in-game, GabeN descends from the heavens. He will dash towards the player, while launching sales (projectiles) that will, along damage, steal coins from their inventory AND storage. The projectiles will range from 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 90%. The bigger the number, the more damage the projectile deals, but the less coins it drains, and vice versa. This boss inflicts various debuffs in contact as well:

- Nerfed; All your stats are diminished (for balancing reasons).
- Shopping Spree; Your coins are getting drained on the sales!
- HL3 Hype; Speed increased by 222%, coupled with confusion, halved defense and damage reduced to 0.
- VAC Ban; After it ends, the game exits by itself.

Lord GabeN, however has two major weaknesses; the lack of money and the number 3. That is, if you have NO coins ANYWHERE in your world or if they are all drained, he will be weakened in terms of DMG, Defense and HP. On the other hand, if you use any weapon that contains the number 3 in its DMG, GabeN will recieve x3 of its critical damage, while his HP will go down to 333 on the first hit.
 
When the Corruption was given an alt, the Crimson, one thing stuck out as a sore thumb to me. The Musket was not a Corruption-themed gun. The Undertaker is Crimson-themed. But the Musket was designed to be the "first" gun. And now it's not available on all worlds. Well, that's fine for now, since nothing can be removed, but what about the Musket Balls? After All, they are named after the Musket. Now, I present to you...

Looks like small lumps of flesh.

It allows you to double jump. The visual effect is a random platform of dirt appearing under you for a moment.

Cheese Lord, spawns as soon as insanemode is activated after killing Moon Lord. Throws cheese at you to do 9001 dmg. Has 666666 HP, 333 defense, and 696969 crit chance. There's no way to cheese it.

Wearing Sunglasses while using the Sniper gives a hidden set, giving the following bonuses:
-+66% crit chance
-6x more crit damage
- Any bullet penetrates foes
-On each kill, plays a MLG sound cue while placing MLG memes on your screen (Stacks on each kill)
-+66% increased enemy spawn rate
-Anyone on the same server will experience the 2 effects above

Instead of giving you the Golden Fishing Pole on worlds with platinum, the angler gives this. It's exactly the same.

Instead of Gold critters on worlds with platinum, Platinum critters now spawn. They're exactly the same. They also sell for 10 platinum.
