Greetings Terrarians! Welcome to KATTUI! Kiddles' and Techdude's Terraria UI!

OVERVIEW: KATTUI is a Terraria Texture Pack that focuses on overhauling the UI. This includes THREE completely new options for the UI, which includes in-game, settings menus, controller support, and more! We also have plenty of custom cursors and fonts to make things easier to read, and to make the cursor easier to identify!

CREDITS:
Kiddles: Main Artist for KATTUI, original creator of Svard's Interface Mod, one of the inspirations for this pack!
Techdude594: Creator of KATTUI, artist, and thread manager.
Testing_1_2: Inspiration for KATTUI, original creator of Testing_1_2's Interface Mod.

Wow! This looks awesome :D
Thanks man! Means a lot coming from a skilled spriter like you! I'm just attempting to use my meager spriting skills to my best!
I have a quick question. Do you know how to use the radial gradient option in paint.net?

I personally don't sorry, :(
That's ok. I can manage on my own. However, this is a BIG favor of me to ask you. When you eventually get to spriting some of the interface elements, such as the dresser GUI, would you mind me taking the base sprite, and sprucing it up to the liking of this WIP pack? I would be very grateful, and of course, give credit where it is due.
If you would like to use some of these sprites, or fonts, I can give the files that I have textured right now. I have no issue whatsoever :)

NEAT! I really like this, the style, it's kinda metro, reminds me of Windows 8 GUI style, i definitely want to try it out.
Glad to hear you like it! There will be multiple options when it comes to certain GUI elements. I want to wait until either Army or Zander finishes their pack. I'm hoping that one of you guys could let me edit your GUI elements to make them fit with this pack. Regardless, thanks for the support!

awe...everyone beat me here.
Its alright man, everyone will get the download soon enough! Also, do you know what .xnb file is the outline of the cursor? I have over 10 custom cursors I need to sprite. Quite a bit of work ahead...
Also, how do I use the radial gradient tool in paint.NET? I want to make the outside opaque, and the inside transparent. http://imgur.com/a/8ICxy This is the sprite I want to change. I am getting close to completion, just need to finish up a few things!

I am also planning on making some custom sound tracks. Only problem is that XNA game studio is being :redmunch: annoying. It might not be compatible with Windows 10. I just really want to make a NSMB sound track for Terraria.

There are seventeen cursors in the game titled cursor_(0-16) all found in the UI folder.

Thanks man! Guess its time to re-sprite the cursor outline file, over 10 times... It will be worth it. Some of the custom cursors are really cool, including my favorite, the glove cursor. It fits really well with Terraria for some reason (imo)
I really need help with the radial gradient thing however. You shared with me instructions on how to do a normal gradient, but that didn't help much with what I am specifically trying to do.

The Texture Pack should be released tomorrow if everything is going to plan! Get excited! I just need to test the sprites in game, and maybe touch up a few of the sprites, as well as making the installation process as easy as possible!

Hey! This looks very cool! I'm just wondering, because I'm making my interface pack too, how did you make xnb fonts? (If you converted them from sprite fonts, how did you do that too?) I cannot find a clear answer on the internet! :) Thanks, hope you don't mind it ;) Excited to test this! ;)

Will you release it for the public when its done? Also, I use an xnb to png converter. This may help: http://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/terrariaxnb2png-simple-terraria-texture-xnb-to-png-converter.21822/
