*Because he is still in camp and in seeable distance from the hallow, Tethin sees them. His face suddenly contorts into anger and suspicion. He begins hobbling over, looking like a ghoul from his damaged form which ripples from each movement, his face features still cracked in numerous places. Upon reaching them, he speaks.*
"Reflection, unless you want me to begin digging those graves, I need a very good reason for why you not only brought Irene outside of the cave, but Ferrin as well."
*His voice is rough and gravelly, more so than it was anytime before, sounding like blunt metal sliding down a road."

(I'm about to make Tethin collapse in order to justify my leave for the next two days. Tom can come by and help him back to the cave everyone's sheltered at. Don't worry @Esther, I'm not going to harm him.)

Well, both Ferrin & Irene wanted to explore, and I thought it'd be harmless to let them as long as they were always within close proximity of me and under supervision.
Irene's right beside me, and Ferrins right over there, in that small patch of tulips. Ferrin, get over here!
You can check Irene, you can check Ferrin, neither have been hurt.
Chis saw me earlier, you can ask her to confirm that they were completely safe.
I used to work as a babysitter as a teen, I know what I was doing.
I made sure to pack everything for emergencies. A medkit, various medications, including an extra bottle of Irene's Disordicilite incase she lost/forgot the bottle, an epi-pen, everything.
This was nothing but a harmless field trip. We even made sure to stay within proximity of the main camp so nobody would get lost!
In fact, we were just about to check out this cool rock I found. Care to join us?
Oh, and Irene's been very well behaved, she's been a total star!

Well, both Ferrin & Irene wanted to explore, and I thought it'd be harmless to let them as long as they were always within close proximity of me and under supervision.
Irene's right beside me, and Ferrins right over there, in that small patch of tulips. Ferrin, get over here!
