Hi all - I have seen the same bug related to the xbox where an update seems have to fixed the problem! Just today, two of my characters were conpletely deleted; one character was reset to ZERO!! I lost all items just within seconds and also the game mode was changed from journey mode to classic mode and thus I may not enter into my worlds anymore!! Please assist asap!! I have the online version if the PS4 game!

Hey super, sorry to hear this is happening - did you rename any of your characters at all today? There's a known issue with renaming at the moment that is causing player corruption.
There unfortunately won't be a way to recover contents if this is the case, but I'd be happy to set some time aside to give you replacement items. Anytime after the 2nd works for me as I'm at PAX until then.

Hi Nescre - Indeed, he told me he hasn‘t changed his name but clicked on his name (text field opened but in the end did not change it)! Maybe it is this known issue or something else! That would be great if you could replace some of the lost items! is it ok when we make a list and send you a private note? What information do you further need? Thank you and best regards
