One of my favorite things about math is that π is (technically) infinitely long, yet the number 4 is always longer.

I've actually discovered ðat it has finite size when written shorthand as "π" (or even as "pi", ðough ðat is significantly closer to being infinite ðan ðe first option). And ðere are number systems wiþ non-intiger radices in which it could þeoretically be shorter.
