The Last Post Wins!

My skills in GIMP are limited purely to digital art (and with that I mean backgrounds, I continue to stand by the opinion that when I finish Vin, the background will look better than the character because I'm drawing her digitally) and very small edits
and making text box borders because those are pretty much just me recoloring the official border with a very small tweak to the portrait box

whenever I need to do more than that it looks not great-

I feel like I should get back to playing Crypt of the NecroDancer to get some practice in playing rhythm games.
Mainly because something tells me testing for Neon Jacket would be really hard if I can barely beat Stereo Madness in Geometry Dash consistently. Same with Hopeful World but that one requires practicing in GD itself for more focused practice in Quick-Time Events.

(I am in fact playing it right now, but using the arrow keys feels really awkward and it's hurting my hand a little. I'm gonna grab my mini keyboard which has its arrow keys set up kind of like a D-Pad, which should be a lot more comfortable to play with.)

What should I do tomorrow?
1. Draw
2. Actually use that extremely large C# book I have to learn some coding skills (even if I'll probably spend more time trying to find the buttons than pressing them because the book uses Visual Studio 2007 or 2009... I, of course, use VS 2024.)
3. Be lazy

Ay no, don't worry about it Nero.
Of course I don’t know the specifics
But you seem like a genuinely cool person

And it’s okay if you bring the mood down
The least we can do is let you since you’re normally so good at bringing the mood up
thanks ya’ll. i appreciate it. ^^ sorry, these past 48 hours have just been really rough for me mentally and emotionally. i’d share, but it’d go into some personal stuff abt friends on another site that they prolly wouldn’t want me to share :/

And btw, I go by Valerie/Val now.
