The Last Post Wins!

Yeah sure, I'd like to see! (Also totally get you on the whole picking up a pokemon at the start and absolutely refusing to release it no matter what happens)

Sweet! How many hours have you sunk into Guardian Signs now?
I remember one Swellow in particular always came with me at the beginning of Shadows of Almia, I just would not let that thing go, and whenever I had to release it my immediate first priority would be "Go pick it back up"

Probably a few hours total, much less than Shadows of Almia (most of my SoA time was built up on my laptop though, because before modding my DSi I had the choice between a barely working touchscreen (DS Lite) or arm pain (Laptop with mouse). I chose arm pain so I could progress while waiting for Friday when I could quickly grab my DSi)
In Shadows of Almia I don't really have a perma yet, but Beedrill is my unofficial perma for now because those jerks keep attacking me in Vien Forest and I just keep them to keep them out of my way
(Kricketot is probably my main partner for now because his assist is really good, I have a lot of skill with quick swipes from Mario Party DS and Littlest Pet Shop minigames so the bug assist is a machine gun I can spam against annoying fights)

I think I'll actually play some Pokemon Conquest now
I have a capture the flag game to cheese with rufflet while my team just sits on the flags
(I'm not even joking my team is just a slightly more powerful version of the one on my laptop; Shinx there is Luxio on my ds, everyone else is the same but stronger)

Edit: Might show a pic after this is done but
Cheese successful
Pansage is in the front of the line
Gurdurr is dead
and the remaining enemies can't go anywhere because of my Rufflet
CHEEEEEEEESE

I feel you here

anyway
my plans for this week will be to leave Liana's drawing uncolored until later
and instead do as many drawings as I can while I have the energy:
Inith, Key, Mian, Raille, Niro, and FT_Mirror are my goals for the week

I've noticed that I'll occasionally nod or shake my head in response to someone asking me something even when they aren't looking at me.

I often do that but also always make a small sound of agreement or disagreement. I've always been really quiet in conversations, especially ones with topics I dislike.

Never before have I felt like I was ready to violently explode AND turn into dust and fade away.

My parents keep saying I just don't care anymore, and that I'm apathetic. It seems the other way to me.

I think I'll start drawing Inith or Key tomorrow morning with a speedrun explanation video as my background noise
Lately I've been watching Summoning Salt videos a lot while doing other things because of how long they are, I don't have to switch videos often and they're good as background noise

Edit: Flipped a coin, got heads
so I'm drawing Inith first
Sadly I'm not drawing Rylin with her, maybe another team member tho

Huh, interesting.
Sort of been feeling I am in a relatively decent spot and am more just needing to do progression stuff though? Not sure.
Do at least have a friend that's been playing for... no idea how long, years at least, who has been helping.
I'd just focus on the main quests and getting the starchart done first
getting koumei's really easy, you just need access to cetus and the plains of eidolon + some equipment for the mats
and then do like 20 of the Saya's vision fate dreams for the pearls
But like
It's up to you, i know a lot of people like to work towards one frame in particular

I started reading Witch Hat Atelier today. Ðe magic system would have so many everyday uses.

Does anyone know why shogi pieces are wedge shaped? I found one website explaining it but it didn't cite a source or look particularly trustworðy on its own.

Following Blender tutorials ðat all start on some menu i've never seen or heard of and don't boðer explaining how to get to it are just so fun. Of course everybody knows what ðe N menu is and how to add an empty.

Yeah, a lot of tutorials are like that... Messing around is the best way to learn how a program works, and unfortunately it's really hard to just mess around when you WANT to learn something.

I was trying to align a surface to a plane, so i could convert ðat slice of my model to an SVG file and edit it in Inkscape, and after a couple hours of frustration i set ðe camera angle to straight down and took a screenshot. Tomorrow when i'm ready to deal wið ðis again i'll trace it and have ðe ðing.

It's for a shogi set i want to 3D print, so i suppose i will have to figure out how to align ðe surfaces later when it's time to set ðe designs into ðe faces. I suppose i could make ðe pieces flat instead of wedges, and ðen i'd only have to deal wið 90° angles. Or i could take ðe really easy way out and print a set someone else designed (instead of just using someone else's basic piece shape) but i can't find a set wið designs i like.

A
I'm gonna draw Inith today
