Basically he's keeping the scarf
I might drop the helmet though

My plan is to kick butt in splatoon 3 until I have the rewards (I doubt I'll top my match from yesterday though, I can tell you about it if you're curious)
and then train it in smash ultimate by getting it to really like down special, giving it any spirits I don't need that improve down special, and then putting it up against my level 50 peach and yoshi and some level 9 CPU players for an hour while I watch videos until it's level 50
and then I can unleash it against some people I know and watch the world burn every time it throws a lightly nuclear splash bomb at one of the others

Just like how my Yoshi amiibo can deal 80% with one down air if every hit connects
and it loves using down air

as for yesterday:

Basically I was using Splattershot Pro and some random gear that was actually good
and I got a win with 6 kills and no deaths
one of the opponents was Kirbo and there was also No U
Kirbo was going for me so early on I got jumpscared by an umbrella and just shot him in a panic

it was a satisfying win

Pikachu is my least favorite of the line tbh
Pichu is cute
Raichu is powerful when used right (*Looking at my shiny raichu in crystal with dizzy punch and thunder wave*)
