I could be wrong, but I think those are ads. I've seen ads before, many times, that were just bright green buttons that say DOWNLOAD.

Average ad on school websites:
“CLICK Here FOR FREE <thing>” in the most flashiest, ram-consuming way possible.
So many websites don’t work since adblockers got blocked. Like iirc the highest I ever saw when trying to go through ad filled sites was like 2.4 GB of ram usage on coolmath games. A school laptop has 4 GB…

@Im_ConfuzzledCobalt🥐🌳🐿 After Green_Metaknight told me about Sir Moron, Knight of Scissors, I also came up with an OC inspired by Sir Stupid; his name is Sir Dimwit, and he's literally just a rock. He can talk, and hover around, but that's it.

dude your not going to believe this but Sir stupid literally has a pet rock named Rocky
Sir dimwit could be Rocky's wise grandfather

but i tend to prefer not following the paper art perfectly to the pixel art design as pixel art is limited to just squares and thus most shapes are harder to form in small sizes, which leads to usual proportion changes
i mainly just follow the main outline and make changes overtime to the details so it'll work

I generally try to make all of my antagonists genuinely threatening. Some are friendlier than others, but all of them, even someone like Marth, are serious threats if left alone.
In Veiled that's especially shown because Marth gets very close to reaching his goals, but ends up stopping himself once freed from the mind-control effect he was under.
