Yes, you have to install tModLoader, go into the mod browser, search up "Terratale", download the mod, and enable and reload your mods.

Maybe. . Along the way of working on this mod would you consider making undertale NPC Like Frisk,Sans,Papyrus, etc

Alright peeps, important announcement...
Terratale is now officially dead.
Why? Well first off, I'm not enjoying making this mod anymore. My work for it feels forced, and nothing good comes out of forced work.
Second, I'm no longer a part of the Undertale community anymore. The cancerous-ness has gotten to me, y'know?
Also, a question I can see some people asking: "Will you get another person to continue Terratale for you?" The hard answer is no.
However, I am making a new mod. Link to it is here: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/the-lunacy-mod.70126/ (Not Undertale-related at all)
The thread will be shut down in 6 days, along with the mod which will be deleted off the mod browser. I will upload the source of what was planned to be the next update on the thread itself.
