Mobile Terrarians Assemble! Mobile 1.3 Launches Today!
Greetings, Terrarians!
It has been a long journey indeed, but one that reaches a fantastic conclusion this morning. That's right, Terraria 1.3 for iOS and Android launches today!!! Not only will you be receiving all of the amazing Terraria 1.3 content that you have been eagerly awaiting, but you will also be getting a fully rebuilt and reimagined version of Terraria Mobile. Brand new UI, brand new controls, online multiplayer, and much more are all waiting for you to pick up and enjoy!
The team at DR Studios officially pushed the release button this morning at around 6am PST. We have no way to fully know when it will be available in any given region around the globe, but keep your eyes peeled and let us know when it arrives for you!
So, what exactly are you getting today? Well, the content changelog will be much the same as the one from when PC made the leap from 1.2.4 to 1.3. To give you just some of the highlights...

Earlier today, we conducted a community livestream direct from Terraria Mobile 1.3 running on one of our phones! While that is certainly plenty cool - and we really appreciate everyone that stopped by to hang out and chat with us - we wanted to share the big piece of news coming out of that stream for anyone that was unable to attend.

Starting today, we have launched our very own Amazon storefront! This "one stop shop" on Amazon has links to every piece of Official Terraria Merchandise available on Amazon. From Terraria T-Shirts, Terraria Hoodies, Terraria Sweatshirts, and other Terraria clothing to Terraria home décor, Terraria books and more – this is something we are excited to offer and we look forward to expanding on both our product offerings and designs in the future. 1.3.6 Preview: Block Swap
Hello Terrarians!
As you have noticed from the recent slate of spoilers, our work on Terraria 1.3.6 is bearing some exciting fruit! This update has a lot more in store than we have shared, and with that in mind, we wanted to share one new quality of life feature that we find particularly exciting.
This new feature, which we are calling Block Swap, allows players to replace one block with another without having to break the previous block first! Tired of the way your house looks? Now you no longer have to tear the whole house down to change it. Need to clean up those random clay and stone blocks in your yard? Just swap them all out with your block of choice - much faster than mining them all individually!
Block Swap uses the mining power of the strongest Pickaxe in your inventory. Therefore, you will not be able to replace blocks that you cannot mine and it...
