To search for fame and glory
The time they spent, an interesting story
As they stumble around
Vibrations felt on the ground
Gravely moaning can be heard
She has awoken and speaks her words...
..."Who are you?" she says.
"What brings you to the Depths?"
Soon, the adventurers would meet their end
"I am Chasme, once imprisoned on the surface!" she says.
"Are you satisfied with your service? To make these realms your personal circus?"
"I was cast here to suffer; now you shall serve as my buffer!"
Whatever shall they do
Lest Chasme renders them a pile of goo?
They had no choice
Weapons free, no time to voice
Aiming towards her heart
A soulless creature from the start
One to take those from others
To separate sisters and brothers
Together they will stand
She would die for the good of the land
Minutes, days, even years,
A persistent one, fueled by fear.
It is over, for now
Chasme will return, but how?
